Gasprom Neft subsidiary purchased ZALA unmanned systems

ZALA AERO wont tender to supply unmanned systems for Gasprom Neft subsidiary – Gaspromneft-Khantos. Last year the oil and gas company also bought two unmanned systems ZALA 421-16E for pipelines surveillance.

The delivery kit includes UAV ZALA 421-16E, video camera with 60-x optical zoom, thermal imaging cameras and photo cameras, special AI-based software that automatically recognizes failures on the surveyed objects and notifies authorized staff. The software also provides images handy storage and classification, create photo mosaic, track the quantitative and qualitative aspects and compare it for different time periods.

Gaspromneft-Khantos – is one of Gasprom Neft largests subsidiaries, operates in Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous District and Tyumen Region, which are located on the north of Russia. Having assessed the benefits of aerial surveillance, the company widely implements it on its facilities. Thanks to application of unmanned systems, the company is planning to cut down expenses around 6 million roubles in 2020.
