The regional state budgetary institution "Primorskaya Base of Aviation, Ground Guard and Forest Protection" has expanded its fleet with three unmanned aerial systems of
ZALA AERO. Now, the Primorskaya airbase is armed with 5 unmanned ZALA systems which are equipped with video and thermal imaging cameras, high-resolution cameras, alarm systems, communications, and navigation equipment for ground groups.
These unmanned systems are intended for use in search and rescue operations, prevention of emergencies, monitoring of forest fire, and flood protection situations. A particularly important advantage of these types of BVS is the ability to use in harsh climatic conditions, it can withstand temperatures from -60 ° to + 60 ° C and wind load up to 20 meters per second.
Earlier, the effectiveness of the application of unmanned ZALA systems for detecting fires, as well as for patrolling rivers during the spawning season, was confirmed in
the Land of the Leopard National Park. The central benefits of ZALA systems are ease of use and prompt provision of information, which can later be used as an evidence base.
