According to the training scenario, two attackers used a drone to attack the infrastructure of a sports facility in one of the populated areas. The criminals managed to escape, but they were found and detained. The operation involved the FSB, the Interior Ministry, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, the Federal Guard Service, the Federal Penitentiary Service, and regional authorities. Response algorithms for terrorist threats were developed, as well as training for counter-terrorism operations.

During the exercises to monitor the territory and airspace, the T ZALA -16 was used. The complex is capable of operating at any time of the day and in difficult weather conditions. The wide range of useful payloads allows for video surveillance, thermal imaging data acquisition, and recording of the situation from the air. The duration of the T-16 flight exceeds four hours; in a single sortie, it is capable of surveying more than 75 kilometers. Protected communication channels and a unified digital contour ensured continuous data exchange between the participants of the exercise and helped to promptly transmit information for decision-making.
