Atlantic salmon and other valuable fish spawn along the river; the weight of one fish can reach up to 30 kg. Despite the remoteness of the river basin, this place is very popular with tourists and, of course, poachers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the past, conservation organisations used helicopter patrols to survey areas. But this method has its disadvantages - in addition to being much more expensive, it is also less effective, as the noise of the helicopter can be heard from far away and allows offenders to escape before they are detected. On a polar day, poachers hide under camouflage netting or in bushes and are virtually undetectable from a helicopter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Unmanned system&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/zala-aero.com\/en\/production\/bvs\/uav-zala-421-16e\/\">ZALA 421-16E<\/a>&nbsp;is equipped with a video camera and thermal imager of high sensitivity, cannot be heard or seen in the sky, and has a video transmission range of more than 70 kilometres. This will allow the operator to promptly identify poachers, use the beacon and ZALA mobile devices to transmit data on the poachers' location to the ground team.
