More than 80 rescuers from 15 regions of the Volga and Central Federal Districts took part in the event.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training flights took place at the Dobrynskoye aerodrome in Suzdal district under the supervision of ZALA instructors. It is important to note that earlier EMERCOM units were trained at a specialised ZALA training centre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the event, the crews practised tasks in day and night time, as well as in difficult weather conditions, including thunderstorms and strong winds, confirming the reliability of unmanned aerial vehicles. Particular attention was paid to airspace safety: the rescuers learnt to coordinate with a manned AN-2 aircraft that was performing a parachute ejection in the vicinity of the UAV flight zone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Currently, the ZALA ZARYA-1 and ZARYA-1M unmanned aerial systems are being used by EMERCOM units in more than 60 Russian cities. Two ZALA ZARYA unmanned aerial vehicles were delivered to the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations in the Vladimir region, which will be used to monitor the situation during the fire-hazardous period and spring floods. The UAVs are equipped with high quality optical equipment and integrated into a single ZALA software loop, which provides real-time image transmission at a distance of over 50 kilometres. Thus, the use of ZALA ZARYA complexes by Russian EMERCOM units significantly improves safety and speeds up decision-making in emergency situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery
