At the core of GEOCOSMOS is a large network of 12,000 ground stations connected by fiber-optic channels for signal synchronization. These stations, equipped with software-defined transceivers (SDRs), can operate in a wide frequency range (from 30 MHz to 8 GHz), allowing the system to adapt to interference, weather anomalies, and deliberate attacks. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab&quot;If we can&#039;t deploy our Starlink in space, let&#039;s build it on the ground. Let&#039;s create a ground-based Starlink for flying objects. Not a flying Starlink for ground-based objects, but a ground-based Starlink for flying objects,&quot; Alexander Zakharov noted in an interview.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The key advantage of GEOCOSMOS is its complete independence from external factors thanks to domestically produced components and a comprehensive information security system. It ensures secure data transmission with minimal latency for controlling UAVs and autonomous vehicles, and is capable of real-time collision avoidance. The system easily adapts to new technologies through software updates and is already undergoing testing in various regions of Russia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The full text of the interview is on the
