New ZALA unmanned systems target load for aerial photography and 3D modelling.

ZALA AERO has developed a new target payload for aerial photography from the ZALA 421-16E unmanned aircraft.

Two full-frame cameras with interchangeable wide-angle lenses simultaneously capture the earth's surface from the same point but at different angles. The angle of the cameras is adjustable and can be adjusted to suit the task at hand. A high-precision three-dimensional model of the object is built from the obtained high-resolution images using photogrammetry and computer vision systems.

The target payload is also equipped with an in-built video camera that broadcasts video images from on-board to the ground station and allows recording HD information on removable media.
This target load increases the productivity of aerial survey work and allows to obtain a larger volume of information for further processing and creation of a digital twin of objects in less time. The capabilities of the new camera have already been appreciated by workers in the oil and gas industry and municipalities, who have used it to build three-dimensional models of infrastructure.
