Two Lancets - two destroyed tanks of the AFU: ZALA's ZALA team's efficient work
The Lancet barrage munitions unit of the Centre group of forces was able to destroy two Ukrainian tanks at once. According to the UAV operators, the strikes were carried out simultaneously against targets detected near the village of Belitskoye in the Donetsk people's republic. Both Lancet launches reached the targets. A squad commander with the call sign «Tagil» notes the high effectiveness of the barrage munition, which makes it possible to destroy equipment at a considerable distance.
«It can already fly up to 120 kilometres as well, as far as the antennas allow us, and more. We hit a lot of NATO equipment, especially SAU, M777. We have already hit about 20 targets,» the squad commander said.
The skies over this area are constantly monitored by ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAVs. The units work around the clock: operators conduct reconnaissance, provide guidance and objective control of the work of artillery and aviation.
«We work with everything, i.e. both artillery correction and video fixation of FABs. As long as we are in the sky, we see everything,» a technician with the call sign «Bumblebee» explained.
