Evolution of the Lancet-E RUK capabilities at UMEX 2026

At the UMEX 2026 international exhibition, ZALA demonstrated what it means to think outside the box. While most developers continue to refine classic drone launch systems, ZALA engineers proposed a fundamentally new solution— single-use launcher.

The full range of the Lancet-E RUK was presented at the ZALA exhibition stand in Abu Dhabi: • the ZALA Z-16E reconnaissance UAV for target detection; • loitering munitions with double X-shaped tails — «Item 51E» and «Item 52E»; • a single-use launcher.

The new launcher is designed to dramatically improve the operational efficiency of the most powerful munition in the Lancet-E series, the Izdeliya 51E. Unlike a traditional vehicle-mounted launcher, it allows even a single-person crew to: • deploy the system; • launch it in less than a minute.

After completing the task, the installation does not require disassembly and evacuation, which ensures: • high secrecy of units; • unprecedented mobility in combat conditions.

ZALA's new single-use launcher has already successfully completed combat testing and is now in mass production. It sets a new standard for loitering munition launching, proving that going beyond conventional solutions opens the door to true operational efficiency and safety on the battlefield.
