EMERCOM alerts the population with the help of ZALA drones

The Main Department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Udmurt Republic together with the leading manufacturer of unmanned systems ZALA AERO from 22 April will start notification of the population in the settlements of Alnashi and Grahovo in the Udmurt Republic.

Unmanned aerial vehicle of aircraft type ZALA 421-16E2  with remote voice broadcasting module "Alert One." reminds residents to stay indoors and observe self-isolation. The aircraft is at an altitude of 150 metres, which provides excellent audibility for the public.

All measures taken are aimed at reducing the risk of spreading the infection.

As of 21 April, 13 coronavirus patients were registered in Alnashsky district, 9 - in Grakhovsky district.
Due to the spread of the disease, the republic's authorities have restricted entry to these areas. The total number of infected people in Udmurtia is officially 153, 3 people died, 8 recovered.
