The ZALA «Lancet» destroyed an American HMMWV behind enemy lines
The Lancet rocket launcher of the Vega detachment of the Centre group of troops destroyed an American HMMWV armoured vehicle behind enemy lines in the Donetsk region. According to the fighters, the Lancet takes minimal time to deploy and prepare for launch.
The operators' task was complicated by the need to strictly identify objects: civilian vehicles travelled on the same roads as AFU military equipment. Having detected the armoured combat vehicle, the operator brought the barrage munition to the required angle of attack and dive-bombed it. As a result of the strike, the American HMMWV armoured vehicle was destroyed.
