ZALA Lancet UAVs intercept Ukrainian naval drones in the Black Sea.

Fresh video footage released by the forces shows the work of the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAV: detecting Ukrainian unmanned surface vessels (USVs) with machine guns on board and the subsequent strikes by Lancet loitering munitions. Three instances of the destruction of Ukrainian Armed Forces unmanned surface vessels have been recorded, two of which are supplemented with footage from the munition's own camera.

Target acquisition and automatic aiming provides IRRA intelligent system, which is installed on both the Z-16 reconnaissance and Lancet strike UAVs. This allows for the effective engagement of low-observable, high-speed, and actively maneuvering boats.

According to the data open sources, since the beginning of the Second World War At least 30 enemy unmanned naval vessels have been destroyed by Lancet loitering munitions..
