Reconnaissance and Strike: Work of the ZALA «Lancet» RUC on the Konstantinovsky direction
RT military correspondent Sargon Hadaya spoke about the work of the ZALA Lancet reconnaissance and strike system of the 77th separate motorised rifle regiment of the South group of forces in the Konstantinovsky district. ZALA Z-16 UAVs have become one of the main means of aerial reconnaissance on this section of the front. «Eyes of the regiment» are hunting for positions, armoured vehicles and UAV launch points of Ukrainian formations in the vicinity of Kostyantynivka on a daily basis.
«Range - up to 100 kilometres, with the new REB firmware we are practically unhindered. It works at long distances without any problems, flight time is 3.5 hours. The operators are working, finding targets, we are sending Lancets,„ a ZALA UAV operator told RT.
According to the correspondent, Lancet barrage munitions are now playing a crucial role in neutralising the enemy's REB systems, destroying equipment and disrupting their supply routes on the front line.
