Happy Reunification Day of Crimea with Russia!

On 18 March 2014, the Crimean peninsula returned to its native harbour. Historical justice has been done: we have once again become one people, one country.

The events of the Crimean Spring are forever in the heart of every Russian citizen. They serve as an important reminder that true value lies in unity, respect for one's roots and common goals. Cohesion, responsibility and loyalty to duty - these principles that underpinned those events remain a moral guide for all of us today.
