ZALA "Lancet" eliminated an M777 howitzer of the AFU on the South Donetsk direction

ZALA Lancet reconnaissance and strike systems are actively engaged in the Russian Armed Forces' offensive operation in the South Donetsk area of the North Defence Forces. Thus, ZALA operators destroyed another Ukrainian 155-mm howitzer of American manufacture, the M777. The target was detected by ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAV. The use of high-resolution cameras and an advanced guidance system for Lancet barrage munitions made it possible to achieve a direct hit on the AFU artillery piece.

The M777 howitzers supplied to Ukraine by Western countries are among the common modern artillery systems. According to data published in public sourcesSince the beginning of the war, ZALA Lancet systems have hit more than 200 guns of this model.
