«Where the REB presses, it flies free»: Marines of the 177th Regiment on the combat capabilities of the ZALA «Lancet» SAMs»
Channel One journalists described the work of the ZALA Lancet reconnaissance and strike complexes of the 177th Guards Marine Regiment. Twenty-four-hour reconnaissance and pinpoint air support allow the assault groups to successfully advance, cracking the enemy's defences in the Donetsk people's republic.
ZALA Z-16 UAVs provide aerial reconnaissance in the areas of Dobropillya, Novy Donbas and Beletskoye. Fighters note the high efficiency of their use: assembly and pre-flight preparation take a matter of minutes. The military highlight the survivability of the ZALA UAVs, which are able to evade enemy FPV drones.
Once targets are detected, the Lancets take to the air. The barrage munition catches up with the enemy object in a matter of minutes. The intelligent targeting and recognition system ensures the capture and defeat of both static and moving objects, even in conditions of active electronic warfare.
«They have a strong REB. This is the gap that it flies through, where REB pressurises it, it flies through it and freely enters the target. They have invented such a thing - there is nothing against the Lancet," says the operator of the UAV with the call sign "SIGNAL».
