The right bank of the Dnieper under Z-16 surveillance: ZALA crews are conducting continuous and real-time reconnaissance of Ukrainian Armed Forces positions
In the Kherson sector, crews operating the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAVs, part of the 18th Army of the «Dnipro» military group, are working continuously to monitor the right bank of the Dnipro. The crews operate in a constant state of manoeuvre: deploying and launching the UAV takes just a few minutes. This mobility allows them to quickly commence their missions and ensure the safety of personnel even in the face of active opposition.
The complex's capabilities ensure guaranteed target detection. High-quality cameras and thermal imagers are supplemented IRRA onboard intelligent complex, which automatically detects even well-disguised positions. Real-time intelligence is fed to artillery, aircrews and strike UAV crews. Simultaneously, the Z-16 conducts objective control of results, providing command with accurate information for situation assessment and rapid operational decisions.
