Pipeline Aerial Monitoring for the Bashneft Oil Company.

ZALA AERO Group has won the contract to monitor the Bashneft Oil company pipelines using UAVs.
Trouble-free operation of industrial facilities is one of the highest priorities of the Bashneft company strategy. The introduction of unmanned technologies will improve the safety of production facilities located in hard-to-reach areas. The use of UAVs has a number of advantages: safety for workers, increased profitability, obtaining high-quality photo/video materials, and automation of production processes.
The Bashneft oil company explores and develops 166 oil fields located in Bashkortostan, Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district, Orenburg Region, and Tatarstan.
The tasks of UAV operators are to survey pipeline routes in real time and transmit photo and video footage. All information is processed using artificial intelligence algorithms; the on-board intelligent processing system independently recognizes objects on the earth’s surface.
ZALA UAVs can conduct surveillance at any time of the day. They are equipped with high resolution video and photo cameras and thermal imagers.
ZALA UAV operators will provide aerial monitoring services for pipeline routes and industrial infrastructure facilities of the Bashneft oil company in Bashkortostan, Tatarstan and the Orenburg region in 2024-2025.
Our performance capabilities allow our customers to monitor the work of UAV operators, have access to aerial monitoring materials, including flight video streams, at distances of more than 2000 km from the launch site.
Aerial surveys will improve the speed of response to deviations in technological processes, reduce the negative impact on the environment and the number of violations of labor protection and safety rules.
