An arsonist using ZALA BVS was discovered in the Tyumen Region

In the Tyumen Region, the effectiveness of ZALA BVS was clearly demonstrated.
The Department of Forestry of the Tyumen Region presented a video from the ZALA 421-16E BVS, which was used to identify and detain a dry grass arsonist in the Armizonsky District.
A bird's eye view of the yellow coloured car and the dry grass burning in long streaks in the field is clearly visible.
Less than a minute later, the unsuspecting driver drives on, gets out of his car and sets the grass on fire in several more places.
The landscape fire was promptly extinguished and the perpetrator of the arson is facing a fine.
A special firefighting regime has been introduced in the Tyumen Region since 26 April 2019. by Resolution of the Government of the Tyumen Region No. 121-p.
During the period of the special regime, residents of the region are prohibited to visit forests, build fires, burn dry grass and rubbish within the boundaries of settlements and urban areas.
Violation of fire safety rules in forests in conditions of special fire regime shall entail an administrative fine: for citizens - up to five thousand roubles; for officials - up to forty thousand roubles; for legal entities - up to five hundred thousand roubles.
