ZALA AERO flight squadron helped Liza Alert in the search for missing fishermen

ZALA AERO's Siberia and Far East division took part in the search for two men who went fishing on a lake in the Ubinsky district of the Novosibirsk region and stopped contacting each other. The application about the disappearance of the fishermen came "Liza Alert" on 3 November. By that time nothing was known about their fate for two days. The search was complicated by severe weather and natural conditions: strong winds prevented the use of the quadrocopter available to the Novosibirsk search team.

With the ZALA 421-16E ballistic missile launcher, the first result was obtained 18 minutes after the vehicle was airborne. By the evening of the same day, the search was completed. Unfortunately, it was not possible to rescue the missing.

Liza Alert representatives noted that the demonstrated capabilities of the unmanned aircraft in the harsh conditions of Siberian bad weather give a chance for successful completion of even such difficult searches. ZALA AERO flight units involved in aerial monitoring of oil and gas companies' infrastructure will continue to assist the search team in 60 regions of the country.
