ZALA supported a children's chess tournament at the Izhevsk Metropolitan Lyceum.
ZALA partnered with the Izhevsk Capital Lyceum Open Rapid Chess Championship for Elementary School Students. Over 80 young chess players from various schools and sports clubs in the capital of Udmurtia participated in the competition. Over the course of five rounds, the participants demonstrated their strategic planning skills and ability to act under time constraints.
Supporting educational projects aimed at developing schoolchildren's intellectual potential remains a priority for ZALA. Chess lessons develop critical thinking, logic, and goal-oriented skills—skills in demand in any field, including engineering and IT.
All tournament participants received commemorative gifts from the company. ZALA also traditionally supports checkers competitions at the lyceum, supporting young people's interest in intellectual sports.
