OOO Noyabrskenergoneft procures the second ZALA unmanned system

The energy company Noyabrskenergoneft LLC chose an unmanned system ZALA 421-16E with a thermal imager and camera to monitor power lines.

The main goal of the procurement is to replace foot patrols with unmanned aerial monitoring. The harsh climatic conditions of the Yamalo-Nenets Autonomous District impose their own limitations - low temperatures, inaccessible terrain, swamps, wild animals and impenetrable forests of the region create risks for personnel, make it difficult or impossible to move ground vehicles. In the event of an accident on a power line, it takes up to 5 days for ground vehicles to find the location of the breakage.

Therefore, the company is gradually introducing aerial monitoring for scheduled and emergency inspection of power transmission lines. Last year, Noyabrskenergoneft already purchased a ZALA 421-16E unmanned system with a video camera and a special photo camera for volumetric modelling.
