ZALA Lancet UAV destroyed a camouflaged D-30 howitzer of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Unmanned aerial vehicles from the ZALA «Lancet» group of the «Southern» grouping of troops received data from aerial reconnaissance about a disguised enemy firing position in the Sloviansk direction. A «Lancet» loitering munition was launched into the designated square. Using its intelligent guidance and target recognition system, it quickly identified Ukrainian Armed Forces equipment hidden in the forest. A precise strike destroyed a 122mm D-30 artillery piece along with its ammunition.
«We are engaged in counter-battery warfare, so our priority targets are guns. Reconnaissance identifies targets, mainly aerial reconnaissance is working now. It identifies guns or self-propelled artillery units. We are on constant duty, 15 minutes readiness, we take off and hit the target,» said the operator of the ZALA UAV «Lancet» with the callsign Skromny, about the main areas of work.
