The Altai Republic Ministry of Emergency Situations has strengthened quarantine enforcement with the help of the ZALA ZARYA unmanned aerial vehicle.
Specialists from the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia for the Altai Republic have begun monitoring the area using a specialized unmanned aerial vehicle, ZALA ZARYA. The system is being used to monitor compliance with veterinary and quarantine measures aimed at preventing the spread of infectious diseases among farm animals.
The ZALA ZARYA-1M unmanned aerial vehicle, equipped with an HD video camera and thermal imaging camera, enables round-the-clock monitoring, including in challenging weather conditions.
A quarantine has been imposed in the Ongudaisky District of the Altai Republic due to a pasteurellosis outbreak. To prevent the spread of the disease, a ban on free-ranging livestock has been imposed. Experts note that the use of unmanned aerial vehicles significantly improves the effectiveness of quarantine enforcement and facilitates the prompt detection and prevention of violations.
