A ZALA «Lancet» gun crew destroyed a camouflaged Ukrainian Armed Forces gun on the right bank of the Dnieper
The ZALA «Lancet» UAV unit of the «Dnipro» military group is carrying out combat missions involving aerial reconnaissance and the engagement of enemy formations on the right bank of the Dnipro in the Kherson region. During a routine sortie, the operators of the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAV detected a camouflaged Ukrainian Armed Forces artillery piece in a wooded area. Following further reconnaissance, the target was confirmed, and its coordinates were immediately relayed to the crew operating the «Lancet» loitering munitions. The enemy gun was destroyed by a precision strike, as confirmed by footage from the Z-16’s onboard camera.
The RUK ZALA «Lancet» is being actively deployed across all sectors of the special operations zone and has proven itself to be a reliable tool for reconnaissance, target designation and the high-precision engagement of enemy targets, the Russian Ministry of Defence emphasised.
