Rescuers of Kalmykia showed the Head of the Russian Emergencies Ministry the new ZALA ZARYA ABCs

Head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations Alexander Kurenkov introduced new ZALA ZARYA ABCs, which were delivered to the fire and rescue garrison of Kalmykia. The head of the federal agency assessed the readiness of the equipment and personnel for the upcoming fire season. Kalmykia is the driest region of the European part of Russia, landscape fires are not rare here. According to the regional Ministry of Emergency Situations, the unit's staff travels more than 200 times a year to fight fires, rescue work, and eliminate road accidents. The new ZALA ZARYA UAVs will be used for aerial monitoring of fire and flood conditions and search and rescue operations.

ZALA ZARYA complexes are designed for aerial monitoring of territories at any time of day and in the most difficult climatic conditions. The UAV is capable of transmitting high-quality images of the terrain in real time at a distance of more than 70 kilometres. Thus, specialists are able to monitor what is happening at large-scale and remote sites and promptly respond to any emergency situations.
