ZALA «Lancet» destroyed an M777 howitzer in the Zaporizhzhia region

In the Zaporizhzhia region, a unit of the «Vostok» military group’s ZALA «Lancet» reconnaissance and strike system destroyed an M777 towed howitzer.

During an aerial reconnaissance mission, the position of a gun concealed in a wooded area was identified. The target was struck with «Lancet» loitering munitions. Objective verification using the ZALA Z-16 UAV confirmed a direct hit and the destruction of the enemy howitzer.

The combat operations carried out by the crew of the ZALA «Lancet» multiple rocket launcher reduced the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ firepower in this sector.
