ZALA AERO organised a Flight Squad Leaders' Gathering

ZALA AERO hosted the annual Gathering of the heads of the fuel and energy complex's flying squads, of which there are more than 60 across the country. Flying squads survey the infrastructure of oil and gas companies on a daily basis, performing more than 30,000 flights per year.

Squad leaders underwent training aimed at improving methods of interaction with customers as part of the general course to improve the company's customer focus. Squad leaders made a report on the results of work in 2019, spoke about the company's prospects and development strategy for 2020-2022, and presented new technical solutions.

During the meeting specialists actively communicated and shared their experience. ZALA AERO Representative Office in Kazakhstan, which was opened this year, took part in the meeting for the first time. ZALA AERO employees who demonstrated outstanding performance results for the year were awarded with certificates of honour and valuable prizes.
