ZALA T-16: Safeguarding Fire Safety on Sakhalin
During the May bank holidays, fire prevention measures were stepped up on Sakhalin using ZALA T-16 unmanned aerial vehicle systems. Operators from the company «Aurora-BAS.» On behalf of Governor Valery Limarenko, in conjunction with the Sakhalin Wings Scientific and Production Centre and the regional Forest and Hunting Authority, we have begun identifying violations in specially protected areas, as well as forest and water objects.
Two aircraft are involved in the operation. One is carrying out aerial monitoring of the area, the second – equipped with a loudspeaker – is reminding citizens of the need to observe safety measures. On-board IRRA hardware-software complex The artificial intelligence-based system allows for real-time autonomous monitoring of the environment and immediate response to potential fires. Integration with a digital platform ZALA 4Z1 This provides remote access to video streams and telemetry for specialists from various services involved in ensuring security in these areas. This approach not only allows for the rapid detection of fires but also their prevention at the prophylaxis stage, minimising the risk of large-scale fires.
