Air monitoring of forest fires with the help of ZALA ZARYA-1 ballistic missile aircraft was practised in Kuzbass

  In the Kemerovo Region - Kuzbass, the second stage of the command and staff exercise on actions to be taken in the event of a threat of natural fires was completed. To conduct aerial reconnaissance and control the situation specialists of the regional department of the Ministry of Emergency Situations used the ZALA ZARYA-1 unmanned aerial vehicle complex, which allows real-time surveillance within a radius of up to 30 kilometres for several hours at any time of day or night.

According to the exercise legend, there were landscape fires in Novokuznetsk Municipal District with a threat of fire spreading to populated areas. Specialists practised extinguishing a natural fire, notification of the population and evacuation of residents, readiness of all services to respond to emergencies and to practice interdepartmental cooperation.

Note that. ZALA ZARYA-1 and ZARYA-1M unmanned aerial systems have already proved their effectiveness in EMERCOM units, covering more than 60 Russian cities.. The key advantages of the complexes are increased range and flight duration. This enables rapid aerial monitoring in hard-to-reach and dangerous areas with real-time data transmission, eliminating risks for ground teams.
