The BVS accounting rules will come into force on 27.09.2019

27 September 2019 comes into force Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation No. 658 "On Approval of the Rules for the Accounting of Unmanned Civil Aircraft with a maximum take-off weight of 0.25 to 30 kg imported into the Russian Federation or manufactured on the territory of the Russian Federation".

Within 30 days from the date of the Regulations, all owners of unmanned aircraft must register them by submitting an application to the Federal Air Transport Agency. After obtaining a registration number, apply it to the drone's structural elements before the first flight. The application form and submission procedure will be developed and approved before the Rules come into effect.

We recommend that all owners of ZALA unmanned aerial vehicles prepare the application information specified in the Regulations and follow the updates on our website on the procedure for registering UAVs.

Please be reminded that without obtaining an account number and entering the BAC account into the database, the use of airspace will be prohibited.
