A crew of the ZALA «Lancet» tank destroyed a Ukrainian Armed Forces armoured vehicle near Konstantinovka
In the Konstantinovka area of the DPR, a crew operating the ZALA «Lancet» guided missile system thwarted an attempt by a Ukrainian Armed Forces armoured vehicle carrying infantry to break through. The target was detected by aerial reconnaissance and destroyed by a high-precision strike from a loitering «Lancet» munition. Before the attack, the crew confirmed that military equipment was indeed present in the strike zone. According to the operator, call sign Gang, the ZALA UAV’s high-precision optics allow for rapid identification of the target type, whilst the «Lancets» themselves remain effective even when actively countered by enemy electronic warfare systems.
«Before striking a target, we first need to ascertain if it's a military vehicle, check the markings, whether they are black or white, and if it has electronic warfare capabilities, as the enemy is disguising themselves as civilians,» Gang explained.
