ZALA automated monitoring of pipelines of PJSC Udmurtneft

ZALA won the tender for aerial monitoring of Udmurtneft's infrastructure. ZALA T-16 UAVs have already started regular surveys of the company's pipelines and industrial sites. According to experts, the oil and gas infrastructure of the region is located near populated areas, which increases the risk of intrusion of unauthorised persons into the facilities. To minimise threats, T-16s perform almost daily overflights, covering more than 4,000 km of routes every week.
The ZALA T-16 TBC automates data collection, increasing the safety and efficiency of inspections and enabling timely detection of deviations. Equipped with HD cameras and thermal imaging cameras, the UAVs perform detailed analyses of pipeline conditions even when visibility is limited, preventing accidents and reducing environmental risks. Integrated AI on board the UAVs automatically recognises anomalies, classifies threats and generates reports that are transmitted in real time to ground services. The specialised ZALA 4Z1 software also provides the customer with access to video streaming and analytics from anywhere in the world, which facilitates rapid coordination in the event of an emergency. Long-term experience confirms that automatic pipeline monitoring with ZALA's PWS significantly accelerates threat detection, reduces safety costs and ensures continuity of production, increasing the efficiency and sustainability of oil production in the region.
