ZALA "Lancet": precisely on target! January - February 2025

Russian Armed Forces units are using ZALA Lancet reconnaissance and strike complexes in all key areas of the Strategic Defence Forces. According to data from open sourcesSince the beginning of 2025, some 200 units of AFU combat equipment have been destroyed using Lancet barrage munitions. These include M777 howitzers, AHS Krab SAU, Interational Maxxpro, M1126 Stryker APC, M2A2 Bradley BMP, as well as tanks: American Abrams and German Leopard 2A4.

Towed artillery, UAS and armoured vehicles of the Ukrainian armed forces remain the main targets of the ZALA Lancet complexes. The Lancets also hit two dozen tanks, more than 10 communications and REB stations, as well as several SAMs and MLRSs. According to objective control data from the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAS, strikes by barrage munitions against priority targets are most often carried out at night. The Lancets, like the ZALA reconnaissance UAVs, are equipped with thermal imaging, so they can "see" in the dark and are also capable of detecting camouflaged objects.
