Paratroopers using ZALA Lancet destroyed an AFU howitzer in Zaporizhzhya

The ZALA Lancet reconnaissance and strike system of the Novorossiysk Airborne Troops of the Dnepr grouping deprived the Ukrainian armed forces of another foreign-made howitzer. The enemy's long-range gun was detected by the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAS in the Orekhovskyi direction, about 30 kilometres from the line of contact. The howitzer was camouflaged in a wooded area and was firing at settlements in the Zaporizhzhya region.

The target coordinates from the ZALA Z-16 were immediately relayed to the command centre, where the decision was made to use the Lancet barrage munition. Thanks to the Lancet's intelligent guidance system and personal combat experience, the operators were able to detonate the enemy armoured vehicles with a single strike of the barrage munition. The destruction of the howitzer was confirmed by objective control of the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance ZALA.

The ZALA "Lancet" reconnaissance and strike systems have become an indispensable means of reconnaissance, targeting and defeating artillery and armoured objects of the AFU both on the line of contact and hidden behind enemy lines. An important advantage of the ZALA UAS is its ability to operate around the clock, including in conditions of jamming from REB equipment.
