ZALA Z-16: missile strikes on US MRLS by the AFU in Kharkiv Oblast
Modern U.S. HIMARS MLRS and their analogues demonstrate vulnerability to high-precision strikes of the Russian Armed Forces, the guidance of which is provided by ZALA Z-16 operators. In the first 3 months of 2026, already the fifth system of this type was destroyed with the support of ZALA calculations.
An American MLRS launcher, the tracked analogue of the M142 HIMARS, is destroyed by guided missile strikes near the village of Molodovaya in Kharkiv Region.
«As a result of the strike, the following were destroyed: a MLRS launcher, the vehicle equipment supporting it and up to 10 AFU servicemen,» the Russian Defence Ministry said.
Previously, scouts using the Z-16 provided guidance and objective control of strikes against U.S. MLRS calculations S-400 SAM SYSTEM, Iskander missile defence system« и «Iskander-M»as well as strike UAV.
