Sakhalin’s airspace has been unified for ZALA UAVs and manned aircraft

In the Sakhalin Region, a system implementing the concept of a seamless digital sky has been introduced and is now operational at the «Pushisty» drone port. Manned aircraft and a ZALA UAV group are operating within a single information loop, with mutual position monitoring.

The key decision is full mutual integration. UAV ground control station operators observe a dynamic aircraft marker on a digital map. Telemetry is processed automatically, ensuring conflict-sensitive manoeuvring and strict adherence to unified flight level rules for all participants.

Also, as part of the flight mission, unmanned vehicles and manned aircraft are employed to solve water surface monitoring tasks. Using the IRRA hardware-software complex is carried out Visual control and identification of maritime targets. The data obtained is transmitted to a unified control system, significantly increasing situational awareness.

Thus, real instruments have been implemented: the link between manned and unmanned aviation operates within a unified information system. The solution ensures the safe interaction of different types of aircraft and meets the requirements of the Russian Federation President's Order No. Pr-383 of 26 February 2026 on the creation of a unified digital space of domestic development.
