Calculations by the ZALA «Lancet» Special Purpose Unit destroyed Ukrainian «Bogdan» and Paladin self-propelled guns in the Zaporizhzhia region
Operators of the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAVs from the «Vostok» military group identified the positions of enemy artillery pieces concealed in wooded areas. Information on the positions of the Ukrainian Armed Forces was promptly relayed to the operators of the «Lancet» loitering munitions. The IRRA on-board intelligent guidance and target recognition system helped the troops deliver precise strikes against the targets, despite the artillery pieces being camouflaged in dense vegetation.
According to the Russian Ministry of Defence, a «Bogdana» self-propelled howitzer and a Paladin self-propelled howitzer were destroyed as a result of precise strikes.
