M777 howitzer and Bohdana self-propelled gun of the Armed Forces of Ukraine destroyed by Lancet strikes in Zaporizhzhia region
Operators of the Vostok group's Lancet reconnaissance-strike complex ZALA destroyed an enemy M777 howitzer and a Bohdana self-propelled gun. During aerial reconnaissance in the Zaporizhzhia region, the crew of a Z-16 reconnaissance drone ZALA identified the firing positions from which the Ukrainian Armed Forces were shooting.
To destroy the identified targets, Lancet loitering munitions were used with Intelligent targeting and recognition system IRRA. Precise strikes destroyed a US-made towed 155mm M777 howitzer and several Ukrainian Bohdana wheeled self-propelled artillery systems, the Russian Defence Ministry has reported.
