Emergencies Ministry employees control forest fires with the help of ZALA UAV during these warm days

In these warm days, EMERCOM employees are controlling forest fires with the support of police and Rosgvardia forces. In addition to patrols, Tyumen forests are guarded by modern equipment. Today (5.05.2020) in the area of the Moskovsky tract, fire hotspots were searched with the help of an unmanned aerial device.
Preparation takes about an hour. First, the drone has to be assembled, the launch pad has to be installed. Then there is the installation of the battery and calibration. While Rosgvardia officers are adjusting the complex flying machine, EMERCOM officers are checking the readiness of the operational teams. It is they who will have to prosecute identified offenders.
From now on, the drone can only be monitored by telemetry. The battery capacity allows the drone to stay in the air for about three hours.
But the main tool is an ordinary camera with multiple zooms, EMERCOM officials say. Thanks to this camera, open burning and smoke can be detected. This means that a serious forest fire can be prevented.
