ZALA AERO will start aerial photography works for Samaraneftegaz JSC from January 2021

In March 2020, ZALA AERO won a tender to monitor the infrastructure of the oil and gas company Samaraneftegaz JSC.

Based on the signed contract, the ZALA AERO flight team will start the work in January 2021 and will conduct scheduled overflights of the designated area in the Samara region until the end of 2022.

The main purpose of the work is to perform aerial photography for graphic interpretation of spatial data in the territory of Samaraneftegaz JSC operations, prompt detection of violations and regular monitoring of the infrastructure condition.

The list of tasks also includes creation of plan-altitude substantiations of the investigated area and conversion of digital photo material into a technical report on the performed works. The obtained data will be automatically processed using artificial intelligence-based software, which in turn will speed up the data processing process and increase the accuracy of recognising disturbances.

The use of ZALA AERO unmanned systems with interchangeable target loads allows to perform aerial photography, airborne laser scanning and video monitoring of the area in order to detect potential threats and violations in the protection zone and minimise risks by timely informing the Customer's concerned services.
