The Head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations assessed the ZALA multi-media technologies at the «Comprehensive Security» event»
Alexander Kurenkov, Head of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations, visited the ZALA stand at the 16th International Security Equipment Exhibition «Comprehensive Security». The ministry’s leadership particularly highlighted the company’s new developments for emergency services — the ZALA-Medical portable ventilator featuring artificial intelligence and a universal robotic platform.
ZALA’s main launch at the exhibition — ZALA-Medical, Russia's first artificial intelligence mechanical ventilator. It is designed for the long-term respiratory support of the wounded and injured, and has no analogues in Russia and the CIS countries. The device operates for up to 12 hours without an external power source, weighs about five kilograms and is carried in a backpack, making it suitable for use in field conditions, air ambulance services and intensive care units. The built-in artificial intelligence constantly analyses the patient's condition and helps to select the optimal respiratory support strategy. Basic skills are sufficient to operate the device, which is especially important in emergency situations. The device is currently undergoing certification.
Regional branches of the Ministry of Emergency Situations have also shown interest the ZALA universal robotic platform for cargo transportation and the evacuation of casualties. Its use makes it possible to solve tasks where human presence involves increased risk.
Foreign delegations, including representatives from North Korea and Oman, also expressed an interest in ZALA’s solutions. Visitors to the exhibition assessed the capabilities of the T-16 and T-20 unmanned aerial vehicles, which are regularly used to monitor facilities in the fuel and energy sector, as well as by rescue services and units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
The projects presented here demonstrate a key advantage of ZALA — its ability to create solutions for a variety of environments and tasks.
