ZALA's Innovations at the «Unmanned Evolution. Seamless Space» Forum in Kaluga
In Kaluga, on April 9–10, at Forum «Unmanned Evolution. Seamless Space» ZALA company presented Next-generation «GEOKOSMOS» communication and navigation system» and other advanced solutions. The event, as part of Space Week and the Decade of Science and Technology, dedicated to the 65th anniversary of Gagarin's flight, brought together key industry players.
At a specialist session, ZALA's expert discussed the capabilities of the «GEOKOSMOS» system. Its key advantage is the integration of aerial, ground, and maritime robotic complexes into a single secure network. SDR technology dynamically reallocates frequencies, ensuring control and navigation even in the absence of satellite and cellular communication. The result is a stable ecosystem for data transmission, positioning, and control on a national scale.
The significance of integrating space and unmanned technologies Emphasised at the plenary session, Deputy Minister of Transport of Russia Boris Tashimov.
«Today, space encompasses navigation, communication, Earth remote sensing, data transmission, monitoring, and services that are already operating within the real economy. Unmanned aerial systems are becoming a natural link between space infrastructure, a digital management platform, and applied demand on the ground,» he noted.
Boris Tashimov, along with Dmitry Razumovsky, the Deputy Governor of the Kaluga Region, and Vasily Shpak, the Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, inspected the ZALA exhibition stand. In addition to «GEOKOSMOS,» the guests were shown The ZALA T-16 unmanned complex is one of the most sought-after civilian solutions in Russia, which, at one of the country's oldest oil fields alone, surveyed routes totalling over 5 million km last year.. Representatives of the authorities highly praised the company's innovations.
