We can see everything from above: PEACE! LABOUR! MAY! ZALA!
As the country celebrates May 1st, ZALA unmanned systems continue to work and make discoveries. During routine monitoring of fuel and energy complex facilities in the south of the Republic of Bashkortostan, operators of ZALA T-16 UAVs discovered the giant inscription «PEACE!» from an altitude of several hundred metres.
A carefully laid out stone geoglyph measuring 7x18m is located near the village of Chiryashtamak and is perfectly visible from the air. Thus, the high resolution of cameras and the possibility of long-term monitoring make ZALA UAVs indispensable not only for industrial control but also for uncovering «human stories» encoded in the landscape.
It is worth remembering that earlier, T-16 operators, while monitoring a pipeline in Bashkiria, noticed A 70-metre word «Zhenya» planted with pine trees. The ZALA UAV's ability to recognise non-obvious objects has already been applied in serious science: with their help researched the geoglyphs on the Nazca plateau in Peru.
