Servicemen from the Russian Ministry of Defence’s African Corps destroyed a militants« pick-up truck carrying ammunition in Mali with a high-precision strike using a »Lancet’ loitering munition. The terrorists’ vehicle was detected by operators of the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAV, which is regularly deployed by the Corps to gather intelligence in the Republic of Mali. The destruction of the target was confirmed by objective monitoring from aboard the ZALA Z-16.
