ZALA at TNF-2026: artificial intelligence is transforming the approach to monitoring energy sector facilities

ZALA presented technologies for the unmanned monitoring of facilities in the fuel and energy sector at the 11th TNF Industry and Energy Forum, which is taking place from 14 to 17 September in Tyumen.

Today, ZALA employs its own standard for aerial monitoring of industrial sites using artificial intelligence. The process takes no more than 12 hours from start to finish. Moreover, the client receives the initial results of the aerial monitoring whilst the flight is still in progress. The company’s systems process data in real time, identify changes across extensive sites and generate analytics immediately.

At the heart of the solution are ZALA unmanned aerial vehicles, IRRA on-board hardware-software complex and specialised software with artificial intelligence algorithms. The system itself processes large volumes of data, finding and classifying objects of significance to the client.

Among the specialised solutions are modules «Lepestok-F» и «Lepestok-M». The first is equipped with its own processor and visual navigation, allowing it to operate without satellite signals. The second uses neural networks to analyse visual information in two spectral bands simultaneously. Centralised data processing is carried out via the 4Z1 digital platform, which provides access to live feeds from the onboard cameras and a media archive.
