The ZALA Z-16 enabled an accurate artillery strike on Ukrainian Armed Forces positions in the Krasnoliman sector
Operators of the ZALA Z-16 reconnaissance UAVs from the 25th Combined Arms Army of the «West» military group identified a concentration of enemy personnel and a Western-manufactured self-propelled artillery piece during continuous aerial reconnaissance. The reconnaissance operators carried out detailed video recording of the targets and determined their exact coordinates. The data obtained was promptly transmitted to the rocket artillery command post.
Artillery crews fired a salvo of 220-mm high-explosive fragmentation shells at the identified targets. Target acquisition and subsequent objective verification of the results, confirming precise hits, were carried out by the crew of the ZALA Z-16.
