ZALA presented technologies for Arctic development at the «Arctic – Regions» forum»
ZALA is taking part in the annual «Arctic – Regions» Forum, which opened on 13 August. The business programme focuses on the industrial development of Russia’s Arctic region, technological leadership, robotisation and automation, as well as the creation of a sustainable communications infrastructure. ZALA is showcasing ready-made technological solutions to these challenges at the event.
At its exhibition stand, the company is showcasing the ZALA T-20 and ZALA T-16 systems, which have proven their effectiveness in the conditions of the Far North. They provide high-quality video transmission for many hours and utilise built-in artificial intelligence for automated search and identification of targets. Interference-resistant communications and alternative navigation systems ensure operational resilience in challenging radio-electronic environments, including where access to traditional communications and navigation channels is limited. Furthermore, the ZALA T-16 in its ARCTIC variant is regularly deployed Russian Antarctic expedition, and is also used for research in the Arctic. Operating experience in high latitudes confirms the capabilities of the technology for solving tasks in extreme climates.
Modifications are presented in the marine segment uncrewed surface vessels «Kama», designed for patrol and rescue operations.
Secure data exchange and resilient positioning of both unmanned and manned vehicles across all environments are provided by sovereign communication and navigation system «GEOKOSMOS». The unified digital environment automatically classifies objects of interest, maintains continuous information exchange and remains operational even when traditional communication channels are jammed or satellite navigation signals are unavailable.
